Brent Bousquet

At the age of 18, Brent began his professional career as a Firefighter, Advanced EMT, and HazMat Response Team Member with the Arlington Fire Department. For eight years, he responded to countless emergency situations, ranging from fires, vehicle extrications, medical emergencies, and HazMat responses involving chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear, and environmental crises affecting individuals of all ages and backgrounds, while serving at one of the nation's busiest fire stations.

Drawing from his real-life experiences in emergency response, Brent spearheaded the development of IGH Health, Fire, & Safety in late 2019, an innovative company that aims to make a meaningful impact on the lives of others through Public and Occupational Health, Fire Protection, and Life Safety services. Through this initiative, he plans to share his invaluable knowledge and equip individuals with the necessary tools to effectively handle emergency situations, both on the job and in public.

Recognizing his innovative ideas and potential as an entrepreneur, Brent was selected for the NACCE's/SBA's Everyday Entrepreneur Venture Fund Pilot Program in 2020. This recognition further solidified his position as a driven and influential figure in the business world. In 2023, Brent received the prestigious "Texas Future Business Legend Award" from the Texas Business Hall of Fame, celebrating his remarkable contributions to the business landscape and his vision as a transformative leader. Continuing to champion IGH, he has served as a public speaker and panelist at numerous organizational events, including Fort Worth's Global Entrepreneurship Week.

Brent's commitment to personal and professional growth has led him to pursue a bachelor’s degree at Texas Christian University's Neeley School of Business Entrepreneurship and Innovation. This academic journey empowers him to hone his skills and knowledge, further enhancing his impact on diverse endeavors. Brent's journey as a firefighter, entrepreneur, and community leader exemplifies his dedication to helping others in need and a resolute commitment to the welfare of his community.
